Shipping & Delivery
 
         Same day shipping on all orders received by 3:00 pm central time, Monday - Friday.

        

         All shipments are f.o.b. Trevor, Wisconsin  U.S.A.

          Domestic Orders (USA)

 

Bristol Electronics offers several different shipping options for domestic orders.  Ship freight collect using your own shipping account number.  When using your account number for shipping, you can choose the service you desire with the freight carrier you prefer.  We offer the services of UPS, FedEx, and DHL when you provide your own shipping account information.  There are no service charges or additional fees when using your own shipping account.  Payment for the product(s) ordered is the only requirement.

If you do not have your own shipping account, we only offer the services of UPS with the cost of the freight added to your order.  In this case, you can choose between the following services...1 day, 2 day, 3 day, or Ground delivery.

Both options are available during the checkout process for domestic orders.

International Orders

There are two available shipping options for International orders.

(1) Ship freight collect using your own shipping account.

At checkout, you will be asked to provide your valid UPS, FedEx, or DHL account number.  Once your account number is entered, you will have several choices of international shipping methods to choose from.  There are no additional fees or service charges added to your order.  When using your own shipping account, the only required payment is for the product(s) ordered.

(2) Flate Rate Shipping

If you do not have a shipping account with UPS, FedEx, or DHL we can ship anywhere in the world for a flat rate of $75.00.  Your package will be delivered via FedEx Int'l Priority.  When choosing this option at checkout, the flat rate fee of $75.00 will be added to the shopping cart.  Receiver is responsible for all duties and taxes. 

Secure Payment Options

 

All major credit cards are accepted plus the option to checkout using your PayPal account.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

Warranty, Returns & Replacements

All claims for shortages or damaged product must be made within 10 days after receipt of goods.  Our liability is limited to replacing the product or refunding the total invoice value.

All returns are subject to prior approval.  No returned goods will be accepted unless the return has been previously agreed to and has an associated RMA number. 

A 60 day warranty is standard for all product that fails to meet the original manufacturers specifications.  A failure report is required on all product with functionality issues.  By accepting and/or paying for the goods identified in the web order, invoice, or any other documentation - the buyer expressly acknowledges agreement with the standard 60 day warranty set forth by Bristol Electronics.  Any purchase order, acknowledgement form, or any other terms of the buyer different from or in addition to the stated terms are specifically rejected and shall not have the effect of modifying the standard 60 day warranty set forth by Bristol Electronics.

Bristol Electronics assumes no responsibilty for the application of any product.  No warranty shall be made towards product capability in regards to the buyer's use or circuit design.
